Helpdesk

The Customer Services Helpdesk is located in Eppley Administration Building (EAB) Rm 104. We are open during normal University business hours. You can reach us at 402.554.4357. After-hours calls are routed to an IS Computer Lab consultant who will help you with your computing issues.

Services for students, faculty and staff:

  • Equipment checkout: laptop computers; electronic instruction 'clickers' and portable projectors
  • Front-line assistance with many Adobe and Microsoft software products
  • A workstation where you can scan documents, pictures, etc. and burn them to CD or DVD
  • Media Conversion - VHS to DVD
  • Assistance with computer purchases from Apple and Dell
  • Assistance with data recovery
  • Assistance with the UNO NetID
  • Assistance with Lotus Notes over the Web (username, password reset, how to use)
  • Assistance with Blackboard (username, password reset, how to use)
